International and Local Shipping Options
IMT Endoscopy ships products worldwide. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, purchase time, and item availability. For international shipping, we usually use FedEx or DHL express, depending on availability.
Supported Shipping Zones
Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed at the time of purchase processing.
Custom Clearance, Import Duties and Taxes
- Handle all documentation related to custom clearance.
- Pay any necessary customs, import fees, and taxes upon item arrival.
- Import charges depend on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin.
- Shipping cost does not include import charges.
- Buyer's responsibility to check and pay applicable customs and import charges.
IMT Endoscopy Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dispatching and transportation to the given address.
- Not responsible for delays or issues beyond the origin country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Period: 10 days from the delivery date.
- Returns accepted for most products within the specified period.
- Exceptions apply (e.g., customized items, endoscopes, sealed goods, damaged goods, used goods, accessories).
- Products must be returned in the same condition with original packaging.
- Refund issued within 15 days of receiving the returned product.
- Excludes delivery charges; buyer bears return and import taxes/duties costs.

Condition for Cancellation: Products must be returned in the same condition.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1-3 Business Days.
Dispatch Time: 2-4 working days (subjected to availability and product).
Delivery Time: Depends on delivery address and custom clearance. Affected by events beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure: Includes events like strike, civil unrest, natural disasters, etc.

Available Payment Methods: Displayed at the time of purchase processing.
Payment Requirements and Instructions
Payment to Bank Account: Shipping address must match registered address in the bank account. Product will be shipped to the registered address only.
